Bondora is a marketplace for peer-to-peer consumer lending that allows users to invest in consumer loans granted through the Bondora Group to borrowers in Estonia, Finland and Spain.

Bondora is not regulated as a crowdfunding platform. As of 21 March 2016 Bondora AS (mother company of Bondora Capital OÜ) is regulated by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (FSA) and was granted a Credit Provider license. This can be checked here:
